Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact: All Algoamar products are sealed with a white tamper-proof security tape. If the seal has been broken or displays “VOID,” the product is considered opened and used. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened items cannot be accepted for return.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned items have been inspected and confirmed to meet the above conditions.
Shipping Costs
If a return is approved:
Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item supplied by Algoamar, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the packaging and the product.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Failure to report issues within 7 days may result in the claim being declined.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
